I would like to take just a few moments to express my gratitude toward the people in this room. I do thank all of you from the bottom of my heart, for tho help you have, given me and the confidence you have shown in me. I would also like to say a few words about what I perceive to be the significance of this event, both for me personally, and as it relates to family medicine.
